1. Traitor Joe's. It only sells products from whichever country America is currently at war with.
2. The Ottoman Empire. Just a furniture store. Also, it plays the "Buy Mode" music from The Sims on loop. There's also a hardware section with the "Build Mode" music playing. And for 30 minutes before opening, the loading screen music plays in the parking lot.
